Our Consultants and Associates have extensive experience in HF training in many safety related areas within the NHS and aviation, including training to NHS surgical teams, F1 and F2 medical students, Deaneries and University Medical Schools.

MSM provides bespoke and tailored instruction in the NHS environment to transform newly acquired skills and awareness into long-term learning and embedded knowledge.

MSM has provided expert advice to the NHS, Ministry of Defence and to Commercial Aviation. It has been verified that over 75% of accidents have been caused by human error and this is often due to the system within which the individual has to work. The synergy between Aviation and Medicine has been proven, and with MSM’s unique approach of HF training in tandem with Safety Management System analysis, it brings a fresh and modern approach to assisting the NHS to reduce accidents and improve safety.
